Yes, used personal electronics are duty-free regardless of value (your personal property). New electronics up to RM500 are duty-free. Above: declare and pay duty.

What about chocolate and perfume?

Up to RM200 of "other goods" (chocolate, perfume, gifts) is duty-free. Above: declare and pay.

Is vaping legal?

Vape devices are regulated but legal for personal use. Don't bring commercial quantities without permit. Liquid nicotine regulated from 2024.
