Is Taman Negara worth the trip?
Yes if you're into primary rainforest. 130 million years old. Wildlife is harder to spot than Borneo but the canopy walkway and Kuala Tahan base are unique.
Can I skip the guide at Taman Negara?
For some trails yes. For activities like canopy walkway, night walks, or crossing to Tahan peak — guide is mandatory.
What's Kinabalu Via Ferrata?
